Same issue here. Disabling Vulkan Shaders resolves the issue, however OpenGL has still better performance than Vulkan in my case.

Just scroll up and you'll be able to see the tabs.

Version 73 already have this feature. You have go to the extension intelligent settings and uncheck the option to show dock for urgent notifications, as below.
