问题现象： 对应的项目连接：[Human Pose Estimation](https://github.com/PaddlePaddle/models/tree/v1.8.0/PaddleCV/human_pose_estimation#prepare-datasets-and-pretrained-models) 执行 wget 错误效果如下： `wget http://paddle-imagenet-models.bj.bcebos.com/resnet_50_model.tar`  期望结果：提供正确的 url 地址
