Update the seeds with the current ones from Bitcoin Core source code. Moving the coin specifics to a separate file.

Fix --help and -? options

Stop on invalid options Fixes https://github.com/sipa/bitcoin-seeder/issues/52 and https://github.com/sipa/bitcoin-seeder/issues/53 "h" was already used for "host", so -? (as defined in the help output) makes sense. Happy New Year :)

Add make clean, install & uninstall and a systemd file
