Removing FRI from this stack

~~The fri, is currently cloned via vcs, see First Steps. The dependency is loosely defined in the repos.yml. This decision was made, since the fri also runs stand-alone.~~

~~However, to simplify use, it might be beneficial moving the fri into this repository.~~

To facilitate changing FRI versions, remove the java application from this repository and move it to https://github.com/KCL-BMEIS/fri/tree/ros2-fri-1.15 instead
