@SimonCK666 i think you can use [instant-ngp/scripts/colmap2nerf.py ](https://github.com/NVlabs/instant-ngp/blob/42096c4e9b90c860ef7ea6796b87a8233133f0ab/scripts/colmap2nerf.py) before you use this scripts, you should make colmap file to use colmap
