It looks that QGIS support right now only EPSG:3857 Psedu-Mercator https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/blob/master/src/core/vectortile/qgsvectortilelayer.cpp#L132 https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues/39061 It needs to be fixed upstream in QGIS.
