Seems to only happen for footnotes in lists (and possibly other blocks). The interaction between non-paragraph blocks and footnotes is still a bit janky.

I fixed a bunch of bugs related to footnote positioning. That should prevent empty pages as shown in your examples. That being said, footnotes can still not affect the layout...

Do we have to handle this with the `/ToUnicode` mapping (and as such really with two separate glyphs) or we could we maybe also display the same glyph with different...
