You'll be able to export it when you click on the sub directory, but not with 100% certainty. I have been trying to fix that lately. 
It'll be great if you provide more details about that. i.e -maplestory version -localisation (KMS, JMS, CMS, SEA, GMS) -any other details (specific folder)

I'll just commit the changes manually, its a little too complex to merge given the conflicts.
