message commands arent very discoverable, add this command that also links to the readme etc

many users thing its not possible to move to threads because discord sometimes doesnt display them in the list, the message sent should mention that they can search channels/threads by...

the bot doesn't inherently depend on the gateway, so it can use webhook interactions preferably using cloudflare workers

this is part of the shared functionality between timezoner, this and edit any message (really needs a rename), it should be put into the webhook library
