whisper has a file size limit of 25mb but it should be possible to process a larger file by splitting it and processing each part to maintain context, openai recommends...

i think openai already supports some of these (https://platform.openai.com/docs/api-reference/audio/createTranscription#audio-createtranscription-file) but if not, it shouldnt be hard to convert them

i.e `1300` or `100pm` (tho this is not part of military time)
