warning on negative balance (red highlight using css)

There is warning (red highlight using css) for balance sheet and ledger statement if the ledger has negative balance. But that is not visible in the dashboard and other places....

How can I echo just one search result each with unique number and the highest debit or credit amount? not multiple results with the same number and different ledger entries.
