how do i unit test a vorpal app?

@komplexb Have you find out how to test the vorpal app yet? I mean the vorpal with prompt.

> extracted I‘ve checked the folder /gethTestnetData/geth/chaindata/ancient/, it's not empty. I've not config datadir.ancient, so it should be default value.
