@thedodobird2 RubyInstaller for Windows does contain RubyGems I did not need to install it separately. The link provided [Get Ruby for Windows](http://rubyinstaller.org/downloads/) was adequate.

I may be looking at the wrong method, how would you suggest going about using hyperlinks, is it possible?
