Issue seems resolved, closing. Also 1200 is expected because it's counting morphemes, not words. For instance 戻ってくる is has 3 "morphs": 戻っ, て, and くる.

That's a good suggestion and I don't believe there's any way to tell MorphMan to add known morphs to a field on your cards. If you want to hack it...

Are you using Linux? I can't reproduce this issue on my Mac, but it does happen when I run it on Linux.
