BTW, the title filter is not applied in the nav_link partial. I'd suggest to remove it for section titles, too.

I took a very quick look at cpp-netlib. It is an admirable effort, but its HTTPS support apparently depends on boost asio, which in turn depends on openssl, so that...

Would be good to have a way to use "git clone --bare" to save disk space.

We are using spdlog now, so we can us libfmt.
