It's not possible to have both. Both are the same header with different values so one would overwrite the other.
Unfortunately. There's not much I can do here. If the cookie isn't functioning properly, you'll need to raise an issue on invidious.

Your approach is correct, it needs the url of an instance but most public instances do not accept third party apps that need API access like clipious.
The only solution now is to host your own invidious server or find public servers that allow API usage but those seen rare which is why I recently removed the...
