AFAIK, the tags being like that is useful for CSV because it expects that syntax for grouping items. As for the time/date I could try to make it more useful.
Yeah, the export/importing expects english as the language, and to force it on export, I'd have to research this.

Hailing from my PR, I've noticed most OSes or iconsets use either a trashcan with a mail envelope sticking out, or a trash recycling bag with the same envelope sticking...
Oh, then it's even simpler. A simple "!" in a red or grey octagon depending on marking or not would suffice then.
The palettes I include by default are just examples, you can add this palette yourself if you need to.
I could add just the main colors (the ones on 500 row) but not the other ones; otherwise the color code to add this palette would be massive and unmaintainable..
