Don't bindmount vfs volume into the share dir of the vm

lkvm driver starts goroutines to handle lkvm pts escape char. these goroutines must be removed, and implement `lkvm` connection protocol instead.

Now, runv skips passing mountpoints which destination starts with /proc into hyperstart. But mountpoints starting with /dev & /sys should be skipped too. Since the hyperstart will mount /proc, /dev...

Or add it into hyper-container rpm package for RHEL/Centos. ref: #573
