Same problem here (CPU i7-12700F, GPU RTX 2070), testing in Arch Linux. I have bisected, and found that the last good version is yuzu mainline 872 and first bad version...

I tried to use [softMCCS](https://www.entechtaiwan.com/lib/softmccs.shtm) in windows, and it seems like it can get it successfully 

Unfortunately using --disable-capabilities-cache does not change the output... Take care dev
