### Describe the bug I get a "Not in a F# project (Still loading...)" in status bar, but the folder is a dotnet scaffolded .fsproj ### Steps to reproduce Scaffolded...

When referring an specific css file from two different pages, the cache loaded for each both of them causes problems if I save in one and then in another.

Applied minimal changes for it to compile and work as described by .Net whitepaper and stackoverflow users. (Besides changes applied automatically by Visual Studio). All documentation references specified. 1 Warning...
