I changed operating system and motherboard. Same thing is happening again: leds are off and the blue led on the main unit is blinking. I tried all the USB ports...

Changing USB port **and** rebooting worked.

Rebooted and it didn't work anymore, it's kind of random. I am clueless.

The `setup.exe --uninstall` command only shows the confirmation dialog but does not uninstall Edge on Windows 11 22H2.
