Blue led blinking and leds off

My Lightpack suddenly stopped working: leds are off and the blue led on the main unit is blinking.

What I usually do in such cases:

• unplug & plug the power cable
• unplug & plug the USB cable
• change the USB port on my computer.

None of these workarounds are working anymore.

I have set DebugLevel=3 in %USERPROFILE%\Prismatik\main.conf.

There are no logs in %USERPROFILE%\Prismatik, where can I find them?

Does anyone know what could I try to troubleshoot/fix this issue?

I changed USB port again and now works showing Firmware: 7.6+1.

Out of the 5 USB ports provided by the mortherboard only one of the two USB 2.0 works:

I changed operating system and motherboard.

Same thing is happening again: leds are off and the blue led on the main unit is blinking.

I tried all the USB ports of my motherboard but none of them worked.

There are no logs in %USERPROFILE%\Prismatik, where can I find them?

Does anyone know what else I could try to troubleshoot/fix this issue?

Changing USB port and rebooting worked.

Rebooted and it didn't work anymore, it's kind of random. I am clueless.
