Comments in live editor are invisible

I suspect this is an issue upstream with @theme-ui/prism, but typing a comment in the live editor causes that text to disappear, regardless of site theme. 

Currently: - Fetching data for all countries - UK & Netherlands are having issues - Since we're adding new fields, will need a migration on the current database - `newscrape`...
