I solved not loaded packer module with ```lua vim.cmd 'packadd packer.nvim' ``` after `packer_bootstrap = ...` line but anyway `sync`, `update`, `install` functions doesn't work without arguments guess it's load...

yeah, I think it's better to add option to choose between `cd`, `lcd`, `tcd` and no cd I don't like that plugin `cd` whole nvim to selected folder

I searched bttv issues page They say, they doesn't provide oauth or api documentation so yeah, being hackerman seems the only option now
