It's a bug in [jgm/filestore's `isInsideDir`](https://github.com/jgm/filestore/blob/fe56b2e782d266742c1e37e75de51e426b353834/Data/FileStore/Utils.hs#L144) function. It just checks for `..` inside the strings, rather than making sure that it's not something like `et. al..page`.
(And I just noticed that this is already mentioned in the comment above the function.)
These same tests are now failing in a _different_ way, as the certificates used in the test suite expired on 2021-11-27.
There’s sadly no API for any of that, so would either have to manually scrape the web page, or use an unoffical API **Moderation Note** - the example API linked...
