Ahhh, I uninstalled and reinstalled evernote via pip and it works again. I think it needed to update the version of oauth2 and httplib2, maybe?
Would it make sense, as an interim measure, to have a "strict" mode, where if the config is NOT explicitly defined, it does not configure (or reverts to default)?
