You can do this via Terraform. Use a `null_resource` and check if `data.coder_workspace.me.transition === "delete"`, then run a script.

Support namespace as part of the helm templates

I believe our charts would install the entire chart under a singular namespace (e.g. `-n coder`). Are you trying to specify unique namespaces for different resources?
