Solves #451. NGio.GAME_VER_NUMS is empty, so the version comparison always fails. This changes it to NGio.GAME_VER, which is also used by OutdatedSubState.

Solves #932 (already fixed in v0.2.8). Looks like every track needs to end on a line break to be visible.
