I really like the program, but i use powerlevel-10k and the patched nerd font meslo, which is specifically for powerlevel10k, yet my chess figures look weird, do you know why?...

`linux_distribution()` has been removed from the `platform` package in python 3.8 this confirms it: https://docs.python.org/2/library/platform.html#module-platform i can't run kazam on my machine (arch linux) and that may be the reason

fixes #208 general exceptions coming from the scm provider will be ignored if the property failTheBuild is set to false. As the revision an empty string is used.
