Last version not being deployed on NPM since v.1.1.35

[1.1.42 has now been published to NPM](https://www.npmjs.com/package/@googlemaps/react-wrapper/v/1.1.42?activeTab=versions). I believe the problem was caused by our cut over to release-please.
