Sensorless homing for x & y

I have TMC2209 on uart mode for x & y drive. Do I need 3,3V or 5V on drive ic- pwr jumper to use sensorless homing? I'm using klipper.

Direction & heading from the pilot directly to the aircraft (not relative to North)
