I'm not entirely sure what you are mentioning. Can you make a video on the issue? Mark the cursor in the video if possible too, that would be helpful.
That is really weird. You mentioned that you have dual monitor right?
Sorry for the late reply. Can you try to set the screen resolution to the sum of all 3 monitors?
