As far as I know jekyll-archives does not support pagination. You can use [jekyll-paginate-v2](https://github.com/sverrirs/jekyll-paginate-v2) for category and tag pagination. For example configuration you can see this [Dekyll Theme](https://github.com/kuntoaji/dekyll).
