Based on all the unclear documentations, it seems this change is **ONLY going to impact interactive sign-in experience** and **NOT all other unattended options** like using our own App Registrations...
It's been more than a year without any update on this topic. This should be categorized as a bug, because Sites.Selected is essentially a SCOPE and NOT the permission itself....
