I'm also having this issue with 0.10.7 running on PopOS 21.04 with a 4K monitor. Neither CenterScreen or CenterOwner work, but the window is always displayed top-left.

Suspect it might have something to do with this: https://github.com/AvaloniaUI/Avalonia/pull/9674 Hopefully fixed in near future, otherwise you need a kludge fix to centre the window on Linux.
