Possible run docker-compose-rule on Windows?

@rion18 thanks for the advice, unfortunately this one does not work. It seems that the issue really lies in Windows path format and formating it to unix path representation

Add feature to choose which services to start with docker-compose up

I really hope that this change will get soon into new release. Having ability to define which services should be started would help our project a lot!
