**Describe the bug** 1.The time is not showing in the logs. `/api/v1/namespaces/kube-system/pods/kube-controller-manager-i-f1jkdhh2/log?container=kube-controller-manager&tailLines=1000&timestamps=true&follow=false`  2.The parameter `timestamps=true` is missing in the interface for downloading logs. `/api/v1/namespaces/kube-system/pods/kube-controller-manager-i-f1jkdhh2/log?container=kube-controller-manager` **Versions used(KubeSphere/Kubernetes)** KubeSphere: `v3.3.2`
