Describe the bug 1.The time is not showing in the logs. /api/v1/namespaces/kube-system/pods/kube-controller-manager-i-f1jkdhh2/log?container=kube-controller-manager&tailLines=1000&timestamps=true&follow=false

2.The parameter timestamps=true is missing in the interface for downloading logs. /api/v1/namespaces/kube-system/pods/kube-controller-manager-i-f1jkdhh2/log?container=kube-controller-manager
