almost 2 years after version 2.4.6.929 and still newer versions not supporting pan or pinch

@adrianknight89 meanwhile, you can set a margin equal to the border thickness. `BorderThickness="2" Margin="2,0"` it fixes the border for me.

solved!! i just have to set CropHeightRatio,CropWidthRatio in CropTransformation
