Only include jdk9 in paths when on Scala 2.12

This is required to make crossbuilding work such that 2.11 builds can work, and when on 2.12 the build would include the JDK9 stuff

Double check and document how to best deal with jdk specific configuration options - such as typesafe config

The plugin should filter for *.scala and *.java classes in the special directories, not just anything.

Quick PoC how a `clusterd` daemon could look like. Usage in practice would be to just ensure we start the daemon OR if ANY of the nodes is using daemon...
