Hello. README.md has guidelines to setup graphite_index table and use it in the config of the carbon-clickhouse. From what I see carbon/config/go [uses](https://github.com/lomik/carbon-clickhouse/blob/49c2e26c43877de36ba2c1b684418121e98f82d4/carbon/config.go#L231) graphite_tree instead.
