我发现，这个问题可能是由于docker重启导致容器ip改变，并且MySQL中设置仅限于容器IP访问例如'koel'@'172.17.0.4'。重启之后可能会改变，我们只需要固定容器IP或者MySQL开放docker 的ip段访问，例如：`grant all on koel.* to "koel"@"172.17.0.%" with grant option;`。当然，记得添加防火墙规则
