Need to also consider "Deploy to Bluemix" type of button for driving `wskdeploy` and doing continuous testing to ensure the app doesn't break with upstream changes.

The Serverless API sample should be able to be deployed via the serverless framework and PR to their examples page

We'll start with the built in API Gateway support, then move on to the Serverless Framework as a second demo or enhancement.

Improve TravisCI tests

Set up, tear down are in place, as well as basic MQTT publishing. Now need to test how to receive the message. Maybe background the reception process?
