Based on some investigation, `${random-word}` directly in the manifest isn't deterministic. But adding `--random-route` does know about a previously set random app name. I'd suggest we use the latter, but...
Either use `--random-route` on the push step or just have folks take a step to manually change this in the `manifest.yml`
