I've had this issue with one of my contacts (A) who uses ChatSecure, and later installed Gajim to make sure the lost messages can at least be received and read...
I seem to have the same problem. I'm using Titanium Studio 3.1.3 on Windows 7. The fix provided by @artem-mindrov works for me. This seems to be fixed in https://github.com/sukima/ti_coffee_plugin.
This has to be merged.
