I can confirm to reproduce this problem. All image features (upload, remove) works only for first image.
Same problem here without any slider ... Just a normal dynamic div ( hamburger menu ) . Can not refresh when menu appears .
I did try the above format . I still can not make it work for my repos .. I will try again.. Although probably not related - I am testing...
