I tried the same thing (built 3.13) and got stuck here in dubugger (note: I am using VS 2015 and building a C++ executable). 

I am getting the same errors. Found [this](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/1537964/visual-c-equivalent-of-gccs-attribute-packed) on SO, but didn't know what to do with it. Any help appreciated :)
