Downgrading BokehJS from v3.0.3 to v2.4.3 worked for me too (Windows, Python 3.10, Jupyter server 6.4.12, IPython 8.4.0). Thanks so much!
The widget in Jupyterlite (still) can't render Panel that is launched at [panelite.holoviz.org](https://panelite.holoviz.org/lab/index.html).
