Hey Sorry I just saw this now... cool thanks for the report. I'll check it out when I upgrade my app to rails 3 and put that into the repo.

Any word on this problem? Clues on where one might look to try and fix it?

So I'm confused... are you saying that 1.2.5 should work with rails just fine and the asset pipeline? Because it doesn't for me as it fails during asset compilation.
