If you do `cd $(exercism workspace)/ruby/hello-world ; exercism submit hello_world.rb` what happens? Also, if you show `exercism debug` output here we might be able to help you a little better...

Because we are free to submit the test file, surely even free to change the tests, and some of us encourage that kind of behavior, then Rikki should be free...
